SCHEDULE & SERVICE CHANGES

As a result of the business impacts of COVID-19 and the resulting drop in demand, BoltBus is temporarily reducing our service.

Northeast:

All BoltBus Northeast service has been temporarily suspended effective 4/4/2020.  We are automatically refunding unused BoltBus tickets that were impacted by this change.  Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to appear in your account.  For customers still needing to travel alternate service is available on Greyhound.  Visit Greyhound.com for schedules.

Northwest: 

BoltBus service has been suspended to the cities below:

  • Albany, OR
  • Corvallis, OR
  • Eugene, OR
  • Vancouver, BC

When BoltBus cancels service, we will notify you via email. Our team will be offering maximum flexibility and accommodating customers to the best of our ability.

Our call center is open 7 days a week 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. CT.

We know you may have concerns about your travel plans due to coronavirus. We would like to ease your worries with our Peace of Mind travel policy, offering to reissue your ticket with no change fee if you know when you’d like to reschedule, or exchanging your ticket for an eVoucher if you don’t have your new dates just yet.
